Furthermore, if I am made aware that you are referencing Ms Moon in one your public entries again, I shall pay you a visit and assure myself that you are fully incapable of writing anything further. We are not peasants; we do not amuse ourselves with the mockery of others.

Warded to Rabastan: Lorcan's respect for his position in our cause would be vastly improved were his judgement not clouded with ego. Though I doubt a halfbreed could ever truly understand the values and passion for which we fight, I trust that you, dear brother, will be able to impart upon him your wisdom.

Warded to Alecto: It should go unsaid that your typical methods of discipline will not be considered acceptable. Mr Smith is to be your pupil, not your whipping boy, though it is my hope that he shall live up to your expectations with far greater enthusiasm than Mr Warrington was able.

Warded to Ms Moon: I expect your schedule before the end of the day.

Warded to the Death Eaters

It has become increasingly clear that those of you in the younger generation, or outer circle, as those terms are becoming increasingly nebulous, are in need of a firmer hand and closer guidance. Though of course, like any talented group, you are capable, skilled, and destined for success, you are also rash and undisciplined. Recklessness and sadism should not define the soldiers of the Dark Lord. We have been chosen as pillars of society and protectors of the culture. We are the future of wizarding England. Our lack of organisation and haphazard hierarchy are unacceptable, and will be rectified.

The Dark Lord has put this task to me, and I to my colleagues of the inner circle. A mentorship is to be formed between older, more responsible death eaters and younger, less experienced death eaters.

All death eaters are to be held to certain standards of behaviour and anyone failing to meet these standards will be disciplined, in a controlled and appropriate manner. Inconsistent beatings and mistreatment are ineffective and the mark of a poor teacher, and it is done.

No second generation death eater is exempt from this mentorship and you may not request assignment to a mentor. Obedience and loyalty will make you great in the eyes of our master.
